We welcome our guests to take photos and selfies during the u-pick’s normal business hours. Please tag Hamilton Farms on Facebook and Instagram (@hamiltonfarmsupick) with #hamiltonfarmsupick and #hamiltonfarms, as we thoroughly enjoy seeing your photos!
Due to the nature of farming, Florida’s unpredictable weather, and other variables out of our control, we cannot guarantee that other guests will not be present in the background of your photographs during business hours or that the weather and/or crops and florals will be ideal for your photos. Photographers are not allowed to ask guests to vacate an area to capture a client’s photos.
Photography Pass:
Only cell phone photography is permitted without a pass on the farm. Any photography with other cameras or professional equipment requires the purchase of a photography pass from Hamilton Farms. Photography passes are $100 for the day and can be scheduled and purchased by emailing hamiltonupick@gmail.com ahead of your visit. The photographer will pay upon arrival at the farm in the Market. Photographers are responsible for coordinating their shoots with Hamilton Farms and their clients.
What is considered professional photography?
Any photography with equipment other than a cellphone is considered professional photography.
Photographers and clients are not permitted to bring in large photography equipment that will obstruct other guests’ access or views, as well as large props (couches, benches, signs, etc). Small, packable equipment is permitted. Specific areas of the farm cannot be reserved for photoshoots. Drones are not permitted.
Reminders:
Guests are welcome to take photos with their personal phones at the u-pick at no additional charge, as long as it is not considered a professional photo shoot.
Please be respectful of all guests on the farm. Photographers are not allowed to ask guests to vacate an area to capture a client’s photos. If a complaint is filed against a photographer for disrespectful behavior toward another u-pick guest, the photographer will be asked to leave the premises.
Hamilton Farms does not provide a professional photographer. You are responsible for hiring your own photographer.
Tripods, lights, cameras and small professional equipment are permitted (large props, such as benches and chairs, are not).
Tasteful and family appropriate clothing must be worn at all times. Revealing clothing is not permitted. If the guest does not change into appropriate clothing, they will be asked to leave the property.
Hamilton Farms is private property and a working farm. We ask that you be respectful of our family’s land and not damage any crops, equipment or structures while capturing photos during your photo shoot.
Do not trespass on our property outside of business hours to take photos. The farm is under 24-hour surveillance and law enforcement will be notified.
